The Beyond Infinity skill for the Fists is quite something and worth looking into as it is quite fast and full of punches. There are many more than that, but they don’t appear to be marked from the old ones, making it difficult to make out which ones are new. For example, the Splitstaff got the Heron Kick and Changing Ways moves and the Dual Hawks and Wild Surge abilities were given to the Dual Hatchets.

Izuna drop: Better than regular grapple since it leaves most enemies on the ground after and you can final blow them too. Great for when enemies are out of Ki and you stagger them with each hit. Kurama Sword Dance: Highest DPS move for Sword I believe. Does almost as much damage as Iai but is safer since you can charge it from a distance, and Sword has no Triangle charged move so it doesn’t replace anything. Off the top of my head these are the best ones. Described the sacred bird cry skill instead of kurama sword dance. Switchglaive - arc of chaos is a great long range moveįist - tiger claws is amazing but it’s only usable with clawĮdit: sorry. Spear - triple threat is amazing once you get the timing down Odachi - dragon horn and swirling snow are both good Severing spin: I don’t remember this one so i can’t comment. Not a game changer in my opinion but a cool move nonetheless. Reverse impact: stab your sword into the ground and kick it out. Described the wrong skill so I removed this part.
Izuna drop is another grapple replacement that does a fancy spin and drop and leaves the enemy on the ground afterwards. I like most of the sword skills in this list.ĭragon fang is a cool replacement for grapple that restores a lot of anima.
Here’s a list of the DLC skill drops and the boss that drops them: It’s one of the low points in the game in my opinion because you can spend hours/days or more farming a boss and not get the skill/smithing text. In general I like to unlock everything in the game so I think it’s worth it to farm the skills. True and through got some nice buffs in some recent patches and it’s quite good now.
